Website analytics & privacy

We use basic usage statistics to understand how people find BiltRides and where the website needs improvement.

What we measure

On our home, support, contact and sign-in pages, we count page views, demo-button clicks, booking-page link opens and support-link clicks. We also measure page loading time and count browser errors without collecting their messages or contents.

Statistics include a broad traffic source, such as Google or Instagram, a broad campaign medium, such as paid search or email, and a screen-size category. We do not save full referring URLs or arbitrary campaign labels.

How sessions work

A random identifier stays in this browser tab’s session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies or fingerprinting for this measurement. Separate tabs and devices can count as separate sessions.

What stays out of analytics

Website analytics events do not include your name, email address, IP address, vehicle photos, messages, customer build details, quote prices or payment information. Internal application reports show aggregate activity and service health to authorized BiltRides administrators.

Retention and access

Reports cover up to 90 days and are available only through the restricted owner console. Older events are removed during daily cleanup when new analytics activity arrives. These statistics begin when collection is enabled; they do not reconstruct earlier visits. Opening the Google Calendar booking page does not confirm that an appointment was booked.

Your preference

We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. You can also turn off basic website analytics for this tab below. This does not affect your ability to use BiltRides.
